Introduce

Paper mill waste plastic film is the residue of paper mill separation pulp, which is currently accumulated in large quantities in major paper mills. The amount of waste plastic in paper mills around the world is also huge. Taking China as an example, China's paper mills produce a large amount of waste plastic from used cartons every year, about 3 million tons per year. Due to the lack of good treatment plans, these waste plastics often become a headache for major paper mills to solve the problem, conventional landfill, incineration caused environmental pollution, but also caused a huge loss of economic benefits.

Paper mill waste plastic film is cleaned when separating pulp at the mill, the moisture content is 40%, in order to use these waste plastics, we visited dozens of domestic paper waste recycling projects, according to the characteristics of paper mill waste plastics, developed a paper mill waste plastic solution, first the complex composition of paper mill materials are broken, and then squeezed dry by the extruder. The paper mill waste plastic after extrusion still has 10-15% water, we have developed a dewatering function of the "film one-step equipment tray extrusion molding equipment" to make the trailtray products we need. These plastics do not need to be sorted or granulated, which greatly reduces production costs.

How Does Single-Station One-step Recycled Plastic Extrusion Molding Machine Works

The one-step equipment adopts a (patented) variable diameter screw, and the feeding section adopts a large diameter, which is convenient for the feeding of the film material; the screw forced feeding is used on the top, so that the film material always has a downward force, and has the function of super force reversal . With screw forced feeding and variable diameter screw, the continuity and accuracy of feeding and the required output are ensured. Through the precise design of the equipment, it is ensured that the weight of each pallet is basically the same, and the error does not exceed 0.1 kg. The whole line is controlled by PLC and has a high degree of automation. One production line can be completed by only one person.
